The client publishes a popular magazine called Caring4Cancer and wanted to duplicate the model with a magazine called Caring4Arthritis. I was hired to oversee the development of the content of a sample magazine that was presented to prospective investors. My role included writing and editing articles, developing department names and writing titles/subtitles/coverlines that fit with the existing Caring4Cancer brand.

Lincoln Economic Development Association (LEDA)
The client needed materials to attract new business to Lincolnton, a small town north of Charlotte, North Carolina. A total of five postcards were sent out, each highlighting one of the advantages of doing business in Lincolnton. The postcards were mailed to 100 of the top commercial real estate agents in the surrounding area.

Pamplin Media Group
The agency was contracted to produce the official show guide for The Street of New Beginnings, a luxury home tour in Portland, Oregon. I was hired to write detailed descriptions of each of the homes on the tour. I also produced two feature-length articles on real estate topics that were included in the program.
